Sometimes the decisions you make out of necessity, like choosing a career when you are a single parent to three to become a teacher make sense in the summer when you have time off to enjoy your children. I use to hate to give up my summers not because I had to go back to work, it meant my kids had to go back to school and our fun days were coming to an end. Now that they are grown I plan what I might do during the time off and again I am spending it having fun with my children and grandchildren.
This summer a trip from the south to the north to visit Detroit, and then off to Europe.
